About the Chef
Hailing from Long Island fishing communities, Chef Sunday cut his teeth on the local seafood harvested from the Long Island Sound, Great South Bay and chilly waters of the Atlantic Ocean. He was formally trained at the NYIT Culinary Arts Center and became the Corporate Chef for "75 Main" in South Hampton, Long Island, overseeing five waterfront restaurants. After a brief time at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center as Chef of Operations, David returned to Ocean Beach, Fire Island, NY as the Executive Chef of Houser's Hotel & Hideaway. Now, the Chef has returned to Ybor City to share twenty years of original seafood recipes at Sunday's Fine Dining!
