Something Cherished is a quaint little Victorian tea room and gift shop located in the historic downtown area of Antioch, California known as "Rivertown". You know you have entered someplace special the moment you walk through the door. You are greeted with the pleasant sounds of a soothing harp, trickling fountains and a warm smile. Our servers Miss Cathy and Miss Sherry will see that your experience here at Something Cherished is an enjoyable and memorable one. We have been praised for serving some of the best scones this side of England. We have an extensive menu including tea sandwiches, soup, salad and desserts. We serve over 30 loose leaf teas hot or cold. We welcome all, the lone tea drinker, birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, red hat society etc. We are open for full tea faire Thursday thru Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm. Tea & scones only Tuesday & Wednesday, we are closed on Monday. We are located approximately 40 mile east of San Francisco, take the bay bridge to hwy 24 east to hwy 680 east. Take hwy 4 east to Antioch. Get off on the A St. exit go approximately 2 miles (turns into 2nd St.) |
