- Driftwood Acres is an 80+ year old campground with Spacious RV sites and secluded tent sites. All sites have picnic tables and firepits. We offer a free bundle of firewood with each nights stay. We also have both group Tent and RV sites for fun group gatherings. Hot Showers (in season) and flushing toilets are offered at the bath house. We are located along the Copalis River and the Griffiths Priday wildlife refuge. We have activities for all ages to enjoy such as Volly Ball, Badmitten, Horse Shoes, a HUGE sand box and Nature Trails. Our campsites offer the peace and quite of traditional family camping. You can go down to the beach and get sand blown during the day, or head into Ocean Shores and do all of the tourist activities, then head back to your own spot in the woods for a campfire among the trees and stars. We are open year round, with a few exceptions during the off peak season. We are 8 miles North of Ocean Shores and 8 miles South of Pacific Beach. Steve and Annie have been the sole owners and operators of Driftwood Acres for 7+ years. It is a way of life that we enjoy. Meeting new people and sharing our knowledge (and loaning out what you might have forgotten). We are in the midst of an upgrade to new paint on all of our buildings, if the weather would cooperate. We also have new fencing in process as well as plantings and other misc upgrades and maintenance projects. It is always a work in process.
