With removel of walls, some electrical and plumbing may have to be relocated. This of course, will be completed by state certified contractors. Bathrooms: On all showers, we remove the walls down to the studs. The plumbing contractor then builds a new shower pan and replaces the shower valve and drain. The next step requires replacing the shower walls and installing wall tile at owners choice. Flooring: Prep work is the most important step in installing tile floors. We always level existing areas, if needed to acquire that perfect floor leveling. We provide floor soundproofing, which is required on the upper floors. Beach2Bay also installs hardwood and carpeting. Painting and trim: Beach2Bay supplies only the best in paint products. We use Benjamin Moore Paint. Again prep work is key to a great paint job. Beach2Bay also removes wallpaper. We at Beach2Bay has done all floor plans in Isla Del Sol and many in Tierra Verde. | |
