We rent canoes and kayaks for trips on the scenic Shoal Creek in Iron City, Tennessee. Our business officially starts Memorial Day weekend in May and ends Labor Day weekend in September. We open at 7:00 AM on weekends and holidays. You must make reservations to go on weekdays or any other time of the year. Our trips start at $28 per canoe for an 8 mile run. We also have a couple of 10 miles runs for $33 per canoe. We also offer 2, 3 or 4 day trips for those that want to camp. Our group rates are $5.00 off each canoe for 10 or more canoes in a group. Life vests and paddles and included in the prices. We also offer snacks, drinks, ice, bait and tackle. Shoal Creek Canoe Run is located midway between Highway 13 and Highway 43 and we are about 30 minutes south of Lawrenceburg, TN and north of Florence, AL on Highway 227. Shoal Creek Canoe Run is the only canoe rental on Shoal Creek. We are in the process of expanding our business and we will be selling gasoline in the near future. |
