In fact, HBM is the only agency in Nassau County providing mobile outreach services for free/confidential HIV/AIDS testing. We are equally celebrating a historical accomplishment of being the only community-based agency in Nassau County's History to provide HIV/AIDS testing in Nassau's Correctional Facilities. | |
