| Description: | The Mutt Hut is a cage-free doggie daycare and boarding facility open Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We also offer boarding which includes 12 hours per day of daycare for kennel-free fun! The kennels are 10 feet x 5 feet and offer a Kuranda chew-proof cot-style bed, as well as plentiful water, toys, and a biscuit at bedtime. The boarding room is fully climate-controlled, insulated to minimize sound and help make your pet's stay more restful. All kennels are American Kennel Club Professional Series kennels for your dog's protection. While your pet sleeps, they enjoy climate-controlled comfort, soft music, and dim lighting. You rest easy in the knowledge that our kennels are electronically monitored for fire so that the fire department will automatically respond very quickly in the unlikely event of a fire. We only employ Certified Pet Care Technicians to ensure that your dog is treated well and carefully watched for disease or illness. We have a 6000 square foot climate-controlled space with an additional 2000 square feet of fenced in grass for your pet's elimination needs. The grass is cleaned multiple times, as is the entire facility, to ensure safety and health of your pet. DIRECTIONS: We are located on Anders Lane, just west of the Kemah Oaks Subdivision traffic signal off of FM 518. From 146: Take 96 west. Turn right on the first street, ANDERS LANE. There is a new traffic signal being constructed at Anders. At the second stop sign turn right. We are the second building on the right. From I-45: Take exit 22 east towards the water. Go approximately 5 miles. Pass Columbia Memorial Parkway (traffic light). Continue on 96 east until you get to the second street. Turn RIGHT. This is Anders Lane. On your right is the new subdivision Mar Bella. Continue down Anders Lane to the second stop sign, approximately 1 mile. TURN RIGHT. We are the second building on the right, the first door. All dogs being boarded must present with proof of vaccinations. Multiple dog discounts are available. Advance notice required to ensure space is available for boarding.
