We have many members who are just starting out and a few that would like to carry on from what they have done in the past. We offer Cardio Equipment, Aerobics, Free Weights, Classes plus diet and nutrition seminars and recommendations from our wellness coaches. We have onboard fitness trainers (provided at additional costs) where you may sign up and make an appointment. We offer sunless tanning (Starting in August 2007) and massage therapists for your convenience. We are always growing, expanding our knowledge and assistants, along with new features and equipment.
