As a licensed New Hampshire and Massachusetts real estate agent, a major part of my job is to keep educated on the happenings in the cities and towns that I serve. The forum at city-data allows me a glimpse in to see what the local concerns, discussions and solutions that REAL PEOPLE are offering.
I regularly work with home buyers and sellers in the New Hampshire counties of Rockingham & Hillsborough, and parts of Strafford and Merrimack Counties. In Massachusetts, I limit myself to Middlesex County. By limiting myself to the areas that I know best, I am able to work most effectively with my customers and clients.
Our main office is conveniently located in Londonderry, New Hampshire; additionally, we have several "hot spots" available for use at any time. Hot Spots are located in Nashua, Pelham, Hooksett, with more opening soon! However, since I am equipped with a laptop computer, a portable printer and a mobile phone, I am able to work effectively nearly anywhere in the state!
