The owner of Judy Nail Salon, Judy Quan Yang, recently got cited for performing waxing, facial hair removal etc... WITHOUT a license. You can verify what I am saying by inquiring with the California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology. Furthermore, this woman "stole her own employees license and made it seemed like her own." Great cause for concern and ALARM. And if you are injure by her waxing jobs etc... Consider taking legal actions. So consumers, beware.
