• My Gym provides a fun and energetic set of activities for families with young children. We feature parent-with-child classes for children from 6 weeks old (yes they can do things, and we teach you fun and interesting tricks) up through 3 and-a-half years old. Children-only classes are available for children 3 and-a-half years old up through 9 years old. We use gymnastics in our program; but, we are not here to get any child into the olympics. If that is your goal, we can refer you to some world-class places very close by. We want every child, regardless of talent, to feel good about themselves. We provide activities that work on coordination, balance, hand-eye coordination, sports skills, cognitive development and more. We have 57 ways of saying the equivalent of "great job" and every child is going to hear a positive affirmation of their success. Basically the children and parents/nannies/grandparents/child-care-providers are having a fun time, while the children are also gaining skills. In addition to classes, we have Birthday Parties (high-energy, high fun. Constant activities with the birthday-child receiving very special attention). We have been open for 4 years and have children coming back for their 4th party with us. We also do Summer Camps, and Parent's Night Out. Members also get a Free Play, where they are allowed to do anything that they want in the gym during the scheduled Free Play times. We offer a Free Class so the parents and children can experience our program first-hand without the need to make any payment. Only if they like the facility, the staff, and the program, then they are invited to join us on a regular basis. The membership fee is for a lifetime and is only $50. Siblings get lifetime memberships for $10. Class fees are $17.50 a week ($15.75 - a 10% discount for siblings; we have a 50% discount for a twim and a 33% discount for triplets [first two at full price, third triplet is free]) for a structured class and a second visit to the gym for a Free Play. We firmly believe that no other Children's program offers a program that is a fresh and exciting; nor do they provide a staff that is more loving and supportive; finally, we belive we have a facility that is clean and safe. We feel it is a high complement when a mom stops in while on her way to run an errand somewhere else, just because she was in the area and needs to use the restroom and knows that our restrooms are kept immaculate. We love our customers, and greet them by name whenever they come in. We don't yell "WELCOME TO MY GYM...". Instead it is a heartfelt "hello Sarah. It is so good to see you.
