No time to go to the gym? June's Gym will come to you.
I am a certified fitness trainer who will come to your home to work you out for strength, endurance, body tone, improved stamina and well-being. If you would like, I will also work with you aerobically to get you cardiovascularly fit.
I will work one-on-one with you or you can invite a group to work together in a classes. We can do cardio kickboxing, floor aerobics, jogging or step together for variety and fun.
My business hours depend on you. Early morning is good.
I am aware of the special needs of senior citizens, people who have not exercised for a long time, or are returning to exercise after a long hiatus.
My fees are as follows:
Personal, Family, and Small Group Training
Single Sessions 10 Session Classes 20 Session Classes
* I will come to your home at your convenience--after or before work too
* Weekend sessions are available on a limited basis
* We can schedule family sessions
* Get your friends together and we’ll do group sessions
