I am a certified fitness trainer who will come to your home to work you out for strength, endurance, body tone, improved stamina and well-being. If you would like, I will also work with you aerobically to get you cardiovascularly fit. I will work one-on-one with you or you can invite a group to work together in a classes. We can do cardio kickboxing, floor aerobics, jogging or step together for variety and fun. My business hours depend on you. Early morning is good. I am aware of the special needs of senior citizens, people who have not exercised for a long time, or are returning to exercise after a long hiatus.
