No waiting lines, prompt service, and the opportunity to meet new friends over coffee or tea in a relaxed, family-oriented atmosphere. I am a licensed, quality Cosmetologist who has been in business for over 20 years. I operate a full-service salon, providing haircuts, permanent waves, coloring, highlighting, roller sets, styling, facial waxing, scalp treatments, deep conditioning treatments and braiding (formal and informal), using only top-of-the-line, quality products. I also provide an ear to listen and shoulder to lean on whenever necessary. Since I am not an assembly-line hair salon, where profit comes before customer satisfaction, I strive harder to please YOU rather than to please my accountant. It's my name you're wearing on your head when you leave my salon, so my main goal is to meet.... or exceed..... your expectations, regardless of any extra time and effort it may require to do so. Also, your scheduled appointment time is completely yours. I very rarely share it with others unless circumstances beyond my control occur. Nor do I answer the telephone to schedule future appointments during "your time". That's what answering machines are for. All of my services are guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any aspect of my work, you are encouraged to return for whatever changes or corrections you feel you need and I didn't initially fulfill -- free of charge! My salon is located at 495 Park Lane, State College, PA, at the corner of West Aaron Drive and Park Lane in Park Forest Village. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday (except when someone needs an emergency "do") and my hours fluctuate in accordance with customer need and convenience. My phone number is (814) 238-5872. All phone calls are taken by my answering machine, so as not to disrupt ongoing appointments, and I will return your call as soon as possible.
