Privately owned, we have commercial tenents, primary medical and social services with rental apartments for seniors in the second and third floor of the building. We currently have space for professionals especially in the senior type businesses and there is not a long waiting period for senior apartments. This is a unique project that has greatly served the community for the past 14 years since the hospital closed.
