| Description: | Hello! I'm a native of Roseville, CA and have lived in Sacramento's Land Park and Pocket Greenhaven neighborhoods since 1980. My real estate areas that I specialize in are Land Park, Hollywood Park, Curtis Park, South Land Park Hills, and Pocket/Greenhaven. Zip codes 95818, 95822, and 95831. I know these neighborhoods street by street. I live in the area known as the Pocket. I've studied the development history of each original subdividision, admired the details of the Craftsman bungalows and pre-1940 kit homes of the park neighborhoods, and met many people who are just a passionate about good architecture and beautiful gardens as I am. I consider myself a specialist in the Sacramento City Unified School district having raised two children here and worked for a decade on every PTA function imaginable. I have also worked at Hollywood Park Elementary, part-time, for several years. When I was young, in Roseville, everybody thought Sacramento was the "big city." I have learned in the past 27 years that all "big cities" are built up of neighborhoods. And the people in the neighborhood are the ones who forge a sense of community.
