Since we conduct Estate Sale, Tag Sale, Downsizing and Moving Sales the products a shopping customer will find varies greatly from project to project. Even into today somewhat homogenized world of mass retailers even if a client project home is in a "cookie cutter" neighborhood once you open the doors and delve into ever closet, bookshelf, storage locker and basements every home is as unique as the owner. Now toss in some estate sales where quality furniture and decor was purchased in the 1950's, 60's or 70's and well maintained it makes for a wonderful sale that attracts tons of shoppers.

We primarily service the Metro Columbus Ohio area inclusive of Franklin and Delaware Counties. We are the only Certified Professional Estate Liquidator by the American Society of Estate Liquidators in our service area. We adhere to the Society's Code of Ethics and go beyond any of our local peers by providing each client family a copy of every shopping transaction receipt along with a DVD of every single photo we take. As an example for a current project in just one week we've taken over 700 photos. From those we're using around 170 images to market the sale. The client will get all 700+ images as documentation of the inventory, our progress throughout the set up and photos taken at the end of each sale day. No other local peer goes to this length. We feel documentation and transparency is critical in trust for clients who are often at very delicate times in their lives.
