| Description: | My name is Steven Hughes and my company Crossroads Home Solutions provide an alternative to conventional mortgages for home loans for the credit challenged. We serve the counties of Greenbrier county, WV and Allegheny,Botetourt,Roanoke,Bedford,Montgomery and Craig counties in Virginia. We offer a lease purchase program as a way to get into homeownership. We do not qualify our clients using credit scores, instead we qualify them with debt/income ratios. We allow our clients to choose the home that they want and we purchase it for them, they agree to a lease purchase agreement for up to two years. During the two year lease we help them with there credit scores by providing credit counseling services. When they qualify for conventional financing, we help them refinance the home into their name. Our company has a 88% success rate of getting our clients into homeownership. Our goal is to get our clients into a positive equity situation as soon as they take ownership of the home.
