I can build economical commercial or residential buildings to meet your needs. I am focusing on hurricane resistant and energy efficient homes or commercial facilities that are rated for 300-mph wind loads. The walls have a R-value of R-45, which is extremely efficient for energy savings. Homes or commercial facilities built using this technology can be built at price comparable to concrete block or Insulated Concrete Form (ICF). Although I am focusing on hurricane resistant and energy efficient homes or commercial facilities, I will build to suit your needs. If you want wood frame, concrete block, or ICF, I will do it all. I'll use your plans, or help you develop plans to use on your lot. I can help you with financing both the home and/or lot through a local bank. Unlike most other builders, I am also willing to let you save money by doing some parts of the home yourself (i.e painting, tile work, etc.). I will work anywhere in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
