Our operating hours are Mon-Fri 5:30am-8:00pm Sat 5:30pm-2:00pm. We have the best home cooking in town. Our grits are unbelievable. French Toast is a must for the sweet tooth. Our hamburgers are made of fresh ground chuck that we patty out everyday. We have some of the best all beef hot dogs you can get. We top them off with homemade slaw and chili. The chicken salad is awesome and of course on the healthy side we have fantastic grilled chicken breast, that can be served on a salad, in pita bread or served with vegetables. Our sweet tea was voted #4 put of 96 restaurants in the Charlotte region.
Melba does a lot of catering, Prime Rib to country cooking (Country Style Steak with real mashed potatoes). We can service up to 400 people.
