Observed an open package of hot dogs and an open package of sausage in a reach in cooler with no date label. Manager on duty stated that these items had been opened 2 days prior. Ensure that all pre-packaged ready to eat food is date labeled with a consume by date or date opened if the ready to eat food is not going to be used within 24 hours. Ready to eat food removed from packages may only be used for up 7 days after the package was compromised.
Hand Wash Facilities Adequate and Accessible The hand washing sink in the restroom that employees use did not have access to hot water that was at least 100 degrees F. Make repairs and or modifications to this sink so that it has access to hot water that is at least 100 degrees F within 10 days.

Manager Demonstration of Knowledge/Certified Food Manager At time of inspection there was not at least one employee that was food manager certified. An employee or employees must enroll in a food manager training course within 30 days so that there will be at least one employee available at every shift that potentially hazardous food is served by next regular inspection.

Hand Wash Facilities Adequate and Accessible Did not observe a hand washing sink near the two ice makers and the 3 compartmenet ware washing sink. Establishment may use the two compartment sink in the storage room as a hand washing sink so long as the door between the storage area and room where one of the ice makers and mop sink is located is removed, and the sink is provided with soap and paper towels.
No Evidence of Insect Contamination Observed several flies and other bugs in the room where one of the ice makers and mop sink is located, the restroom, and in the "store" area of the establishment. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means
