ENSURE THAT HOT WATER IS ABLE TO REACH UP TO 110 DEGREES F AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK WHEN ISSUE HAS BEEN CORRECTED. PLUMBERS WERE ON SITE WORKING ON ISSUE. OBSERVED ICE MACHINE PANEL TO BE DIRTY WITH MOLD DEBRIS. ENSURE THAT PANEL IS PROEPRLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF ICE.	02/16/2016	93

Observed employee placing coffee pot in hand sink and filling coffee pot with water. Ensure hand sink is only used for hand washing procedures to prevent cross contamination. Hot water at three compartment sink and hand sink was not sufficient. Hot water began running and then would lower to 87 degrees and went up and down in temperature. A 24 hour follow up will occur, at which time hand sink should be available with 100 degree F water and three compartment sink should have hot water reaching 110 degrees F, available.	11/05/2013	92
