- Observed an employee turn the faucet off with wet hands. Spoke to manager about turning in verification of hand washing training that will beheld at their weekly all staff meeting. Verification of this should be turned in to TCHd by 10/21/15/
- Hand washing station by the to-go area is out of paper towels. Per the manager they ran out during their lunch today. Paper towels were bought and placed at the hand sink during the inspection.
- Observed the reach in cooler by the pizza prep area to have broken seals. The rack holding raw chicken in the walk-in cooler has food debris build up. The counter mounted can opener near the soda dispensing area has food debris build up. Cardboard boxes holding single use cups near the walk in cooler have oil stains and have food debris build up. Cabinet under soda machine in the buffet area has soda build up. Observed cardboard on shelf under chicken batter in the frying area.
- Observed clean dishes stacked wet on the clean dish rack near the dish washing station.
- Observed black build up near the entrance of the walk-in cooler.
- Observed a sanitizer bottle hanging from the single use cups in the kitchen. Observed a sanitizer and Windex bottle stored next to coffee filters in the cabinets in the buffet area.

- Observed damaged door seal gaskets on 2 reach in coolers that hold salad and pizza ingredients. I pointed these out to the owner. She was aware and has ordered new seals.
- There are cups stacked together wet. Discussed possibly putting up a sign reminding employees to let dishes air dry prior to storage.
- The area behind the dish machine has an accumulation of black buildup.

- Observed a can of an energy drink in the dishmachine room. It was disposed of. Per corporate policy employees are unable to have drinks in the kitchen. Explained that we allow drinks in the kitchen, but they must be in a closed container that won't contaminate hands.
- Observed the employee by the fryers wearing 2 bracelets. Once appeared to have buildup on it. Explained to manager that employees are only able to wear a medical alert bracelet and plain wedding band. The manager spoke with the employee about the matter.
- Observed buildup on the following: the storage rack that holds cans, some handles, and under the cabinet that has coffee dispensers.
- Cups were stacked together wet.

- Found stacked cambros and cups that were wet. Ensure all dishes and equipment are fully air dried before sacking.
- Found two unlabeled spray bottles in kitchen area. Ensure all bottles are properly labeled. Both bottles were labeled by employee at the time of this inspection.
