3270 - Repeat Found mice droppings in back area on ledges/shelving units and inside food storage bin for flour. Clean areas where mice droppings were found and increase pest control measures. Obtain the services of a pest control company to abate the mice problem.
Comments:
Food Permit Renewal fees were paid. Noted the following: (1) Glue boards were being used to trap mice. Found a mouse stuck to one of the glue boards. The trapped mouse was removed and discarded by the operator. Rodent control measures are to continue. Foods and single-service articles are to be protected from rodents. More cleaning up of mice droppings is needed; (2) More work is needed to seal/treat the wooden ledge that sits over the 3-compartment sink so that the wooden exposed surfaces are cleanable and non-absorbent; and (3) The ice machine should be relocated to some distance away from the mop sink so that when the mop sink is being used the contents of the ice machine does not become contaminated from spills/splash from use of the mop sink.
