All repairs to plumbing equipment and lines are to be in accordance with law. Properly repair the equipment.
Comments:
Facility is under new management. New emphasis on cleaning, employee health and hygiene.
Observed good active managerial control. Thanks.

Violations: Comments:
All cold foods are held at 45f or below. All hot foods are held at 140f or above. Time and temperature control is used for : cheese, tomatoes (4 hours), and lettuces and onions: (6 hours). Foods are lebeled with time expiration. No cross-contamination observed. Chlorine sanitizer was observed at proper concentration.
