Spoke to owner at great length re: importance of having a handsink in food prep area for handwashing. Owner stated that he was looking into having a sink installed in the food prep area.
As a temporary fix, the wash compartment of the 3 vat sink would be used during opening hours for handwashing because 3 vat sink is not in use during opening hours of operation until handsink can be installed.
