September 30, 2004 (Complaint)

Comments:
Received a complaint concerning a mixed drink being ordered once that had ants in it. Spoke with the manager concerning complaint. There was no evidence or activity of any type of pests found during the inspection. All of the liquor product was properly capped and secured. All the units are holding proper temps. No violation was found concerning complaint.
