Discussed with PIC: This establishment is in substantial compliance with the Virginia State rules and regulations regarding restaurants. Therefore permit is issued pertaining on issuance of certificate of occupancy. Foods will be delivered on 6/11/07. Facility will open on 6/12/07. Information given on Serve Safe Classes.
