Comments:
Informed by CFM that servicer to come out to make repairs to roof. Temperatures are being recoreded. Informed CFM that any newly hired employee need to have a current food service card.

    Provide at least 20 foot candles at a distance of 30 inches from the floor in consumer self-service areas, inside equipment, warewashing, equipment storage, toilet rooms
  • 6-501.11 - Stained ceiling tiles in dining area.
    Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
Comments:
Application given to owner to fill out and send in along with Health Dept. permit fee. Informed owner to have servicer post a sticker on hood system at next cleaning. Continue to monitor and record refrigeration temperature. Continue to maintain general cleaning throughout facility. Health permit will be issued upon receiving permit fee.

    All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.
Comments:
Mosquito breeding in back area of restaurant in old tires need to be removed. Ceiling tiles need replacing where water leaks have damaged ceiling. Fridge units at bar area that are unused to b e removed from the restaurant.

All food at the proper temperature. CFM wears gloves when handling RTE foods. temperature charts are up-to date.
