Breadwinners facility is collocated with Centenary United Methodist Church; see inspection conducted on August 6 2009 for this facility.

No foods were being stored hot or cold holding, today. Chef was experimenting with foods for receipes. Monday / Tuesday are the food production days.

Violation: 1190 - The inspector was unable to see the refrigerator thermometor.
Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use.
Inspection was also to renew the Health Permit.

Inspection to renew the health permit. Revalidation will occurr after our department receives the paperwork and the $ renewal fees. This food service operates M - W in the Centenary Methodist Church kitchen.

Violation: 0240 - Employees observed working in the food service area without proper hair restraints.
Ensure all employees wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food clean equipment, utensils, and linens, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
Food prep was just finishing up when the inspector arrived.
