08/17/05: Complaint discussed with manager, he was not aware of if. According with him no other complaints were received from customers, neither food handler employees reported sick.
Good handwashing procedures observed.
Chicken tenders are obtained frozen, in boxes (7 plastic bags per box) store in WIF at -5 degrees Fahrenheit. Transferred to a small reach in cooler at the front area hold frozen, deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes transferred to a PHU unit (hot holding at 177 degrees Fahrenheit, before serve to public.
