Violation: 1890 - Corrected During Inspection Critical No sanitizer was going through the lines on the dishmachine. *Sanitizer at dishmachine was not checked today. EHS spoke with operator and employees about checking sanitizer daily before the machine is used. **Machine was primed and sanitizer level was coming into machine at an acceptable level.
After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use.
Comments:
Findings were reviewed. Critical violations must be corrected during the inspection. Hot water is needed at the front handsink (faucet is to be replaced). Outside grease bucket needs to be cleaned and have a cover on it. Please have all employees without a current Food Handlers card obtain one. *Good temperatures, date marking, food handling, knowledge of reportable diseases and signs/symptoms of illness.
