Comments:
The dish machine was reaching an adequate hot sanitizing temperature. Establishment had two calibrated metal stem thermometers and an adequate chemical test kit. The three vat sink was also set up correctly. The food service employee passed the demonstration of knowledge quiz with 16 out of 18 correct.
