    Remove the container. The handsink is for handwashing only, and must be accessible at all times.
  • 1570 - Observed a split refrigeration door gasket on the 2 door low boy unit in the breader area.
    Replace the gasket.
  • 1800 - Observed the under housing of the mixer is encrusted with food debris.
    Clean the mixer.
Comments:
82 foot candles of lighting on prep line. Take means to ensure that foods (fruit cups, etc) are not possibly contaminated when prepping adjacent to the handsink.
