July 02, 2007 (Complaint)
This visit is the result of a complaint regarding a dirty dining room (carpet), live roaches, food left out over night. Carpet is very old and stained in the dining room. Will need replacement when possible. Food (soup) left out on table from last night (cleaned). Food must be cleared from tables every night to avoid harborage of pests. Observed dead roaches on floor in dining area (no live activity). No pest control operator used-need to contract professional pest control for monthly treatment.
