Today's visit is due to a complaint concerning dead bugs in fried noodles and hair in cooked food. This was during the Sept 4th visit at 7:30. Returned food and female employee said it was ok to have bugs in noodles. Employees had hats on in the kitchen. Roaches were observed in the area where bagged fried noodles were stored. Reinspection in 2 weeks.

Investigation of complaint alleging that on 10-4-05 lunch ordered delivered to complainant had fly in food. Kitchen had 3-5 flies present today-mostly in back storage areas. Employee states that order was Gen Tsoa chicken and flies were not problem yesterday. Back door and fron door closed (back is screen). Advised employees to swat flies and clean and sanitize surface.

Comments:
Investigation of complaint received 5-24-05 alleging that on 5-13-05 ar approx 12:20 p.m. complainant ordered & received (deliverd) shrimp with garlic sauce that had bug in it. Complainant alleges that when restaurant notified of problem manager was rude and did not take action.Spoke with employees. Inspection of facility done-no bugs of any kind observed. Employees states customer demanded refund for 5 lunches and refused to return food-said that the food had been thrown away. Employee that provided refund receipt to customer did not see order that customer complained about-customer said it was thrown away.

  • 0640 - Corrected During Inspection Employee placed hot rice in bus pan >4" deep.
    Corrected by spreading rice 1" deep on sheet pan.
  • 1530 - No chlorine test papers.
    Obtain and check sanitizer concentration.
  • 1900 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Repeat Employee washed pan bun but did not sanitize before reuse.
    Corrected by sanitizing with chlorine sanitizer.
