Spoke to the person in charge about the flow of food through the facility. Food portioned in the kitchen area is to be dispensed in the satelite classrooms and all left over food is to be discarded. It is recommended that a temperature log be maintained on all refrigeration units in the satelite locations. Do not rinse plates in the satelite classrooms. All food contact surfaces are to be returned to the kitchen for proper wash, rinse, sanitize by trained personel.

Violation: 2000 - Corrected During Inspection Santized bowls, cups, plates and utensils were observed stored unprotected at the satelite rooms where food is dispensed. Store food and food contact surfaces in a closed container out of reach of children.
