Gravy comes from Huddle House next door. Boiled eggs come from the Huddle House and are served with the shells intact.

  • Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (repeated violation)
    Observation: The test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions is the wrong type. Facility using chlorine bleach for sanitizing and test kit provided is for Quat. Ammonia.
    Correction: Obtain a chlorine test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.
  • Prohibitions (corrected on site)
    Observation: Clean equipment/utensils were found stored under the waste water lines under the kitchen sink.
    Correction: Discontinue storage of clean equipment and utensils in a location subject to contamination. Items moved.
