Time to detail clean stove top. Clean glass jar lids. Be careful with your dates. If you freeze portions of meats the time spent in freezer does not count for the seven days. Consider doing this so you do not have to throw out meats if you are not too busy.

    Observation: Corned beef found at 44.5 F in small refrigerator.
    Correction: PIC removed product. Do not store TCS(time/temperature controlled for safety) foods in this unit unless it is holding at 41 F or below.

    Observation: The prepared ready-to-eat (RTE) corned beef in the refrigeration unit was not discarded by the ""consume by"" date.
    Correction: Discard the food at this time and ensure all prepared RTE food is served, sold or discarded by the ""consume by"" date. Some harmful bacteria continue to grow even at refrigeration temperatures so limiting the amount of time in storage limits the amount of growth allowed for these bacteria. PIC removed.
