  • 3330 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Working containers of chemicals are not properly labeled.
    Working containers of toxic items are to be properly labeled with contents. Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents.
Comments:
Renewal application, $40 fee and copy of menu due by 04/30/07. Ready to renew Health Permit.
As of 03/2007, all cold foods and refrigerators must be at 41f or below.

    Ensure wet wiping cloths are stored in a chemical sanitizer at the proper concentration between use.

    Elevate food storage onto approved shelving with minimum 6" legs or casters.
  • 0620 - Soda syrup stored under sewer lines.
    Relocate food storage to an approved area or shield the sewer lines to intercept potential drips.
  • 1060 - The nonfood contact surface of the dry storage shelving is not corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and/or smooth.
    Nonfood contact equipment that is exposed to splash, spillage, food soiling, or requires frequent cleaning must be smooth, durable, and nonabsorbent. Correct within 10 days.
