Comments:
No violations. Discussed CDc Risk Factors and handwashing procedures. No evidence of live pests. Old pests observed. need to remove from premises.

March 17, 2009 (Routine)

Comments:
No critical violations. Discussed handwashing procedures; per PIC Domino's regulations require handwashing between different stations. 5 day or less use on product. Fire extinguisher and Ansul system observed with 02/08 date. Overdue for annual inspection. Call for inspection asap. Permit observed not visible. EHS advised that permit needs to be posted so customer's can see. Discussed sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Food received from Dominoes frozen. Will be thawed in WIC. Never refrozen. Per delivery man, RIC truck 32-34 degrees. Discussed CDC risk factors and employee health. Payment to be received by end of March before permit can be renewed.

Violation: 1700 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Quaternary Ammonium sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration. (QA in spray bottle observed @450ppm- per label sanitizer concentration should be 200ppm)
Adjust the sanitizing solution to 200 parts per million or otherwise identified by manufacturer's recommendations.(PIC corrected to 200ppm)
Comments:
Critical violation corrected at time of inspection. Discussed new regulation updates. Advise to temp chicken products. Reviewed how to calibrate thermometers. Facility has new baked sandwiches.

February 28, 2008 (Routine)

Comments:
Pre opening inspection. Water at handsink = 110. Quatenary Ammonium in 3 compartment sink observed at 200ppm. Discussed CDC Risk Factors, Updated Food regs, Glove use, Handwashing and Employee Health. Handouts given to same. Area supervisor and manager passed demonstration of knowledge based on food safety questions asked by EHS. No items to correct before opening except tthat all food items in WIC need to be on rolling carts for easy cleaning and all equipment to be thoroughly cleaned. This to serve as Permit until actual permit recieved in mail.
