Repair the toilet immediately. Toilet is not to be used until it has been repaired. PIC called to inform me later that day that the toilet had been repaired.
Comments:
Keep all items at least 6" off of the floor. Recommend a shelf in the chemical room so that these items can be kept up off the floor (and away from any little hands-just an idea). There are many items stored on the floor in the chemical room and it is difficult for employees to keep this floor clean. ALL sinks must have soap provided--whether the sink is used or not(unless the sink is broken, in which case the sink should be repaired and soap should be provided). BE SURE TO MONITOR COOLING FOODS USING THE HACCP PLAN!
