After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use.
Comments:
Will revisit sanitation practices at a later date.

    Provide suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment to handle RTE food to prevent contamination from hands.
  • 1320 - Corrected During Inspection There was no temperature measuring device located in the refrigerators or freezers.
    Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
  • 1510 - The person in charge could not provide a food temperature measuring device.
    Obtain at least one food temperature measuring device so employees can properly monitor the temperature of food items in the establishment.
  • 1890 - Critical The food-contact surfaces of the following equipment were not observed sanitized. (Not sanitizing after washing and rinsing)
    After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use.
  • 2540 - Critical Sewage is being dumped on the ground surface.
    Immediately discontinue operation until sewage waste can be properly disposed of. Approval from the health department must be received prior to resuming operations. The permit holder is responsible for eliminating any public health hazard or nuisance that resulted from the improper disposal sited.

    Minimize bare hand and arm contact with exposed food that is in a RTE form to reduce the potential for contamination. Use utensil with handle to dispense food.
  • 1320 - Corrected During Inspection There was no temperature measuring device located in the several 1 door freezers
    Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
  • 1700 - Critical Wiping clothes were not stored in sanitizer solution between uses
    All wiping clothes must be stored in sanitizer solution between uses. (Can not be let on counter while not in use)

    Have unit serviced so it will maintain 41 degrees or lower to prevent growth of organisms of public health concern
  • 1750 - re-using single serve containers for food storage

    Have both fans repaired so they are working properly
