Comments:
Spoke with manager and operator about setting up handwashing station with gatorade container, along with container to catch run off water, hand soap and paper towels to wash hands. Saw station set up correctly. Provided permit.

Comments:
Sell cotton candy and snow cones. Wash hands using clean bucket that has water changed as needed. Use bleach as a sanitizer. Recommended for permit renewal.

  • 4-602.13 - The nonfood contact surface of the all equipment had accumulations of grime and debris.
    Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
