In the event of an operational change or a remodel the faciltiy has to be brought up to present code . .This would include addition of at least one additional handsink ..and a relocation of the laundry unit ... At the time of this inspection the lighting is 50 footcandles in the cooking and serving areas and the physical plant and most of the equipment is in good repair
