02/14/06: This is an inspection to follow up with Foodborne illness complaint, (got sick after eating chilli). Complaint discussed with CFM. He was not aware of complaint. Food storage, handling and preparation procedures were explained and inspected. Procedures approved. Dishwasher working properly, good sanitation and personal hygiene practices observed.
