Half eated twix bar on top of shelf with open food items. All employees who are eating must be in the designated break area away from food preparation/handling areas to prevent cross contamination.
0820 - Corrected During InspectionCritical Homeade dressings, diced tomatoes, turkey, cheese, etc. cold holding at improper temperatures. Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.

Repair the cooler to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the cooler, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

As a result of main prep cooler not working, a limited menu will be offered including:turkey melts, burgers, fries, crabcake, chicken sandwhich, soup, bbq pork, and rice. No other food shall be served until the cooler has been repaired and can keep foods at 41F. These items are able to be kept at 41F without prep cooler.
