    Obtain a Quat test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.
  • 1730 - The thermometers in the refrigerator and freezer are not in good repair and/ or not accurate in the range of use.
    Repair, replace, and/or maintain the calibration of gauges for accuracy and function in the intended range of use.
  • 2190 - When timed, the automatic shut off faucet at the handwashing sink located in toilet rooms did not provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.
    Adjust or replace the faucet to provide water tempered to at least 110F and for at least 15 seconds to allow more effective handwashing and removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.

    Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the equipment preventing its use.

    Protect the food establishment against the entry of insects and rodents by 1. Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings, 2. Closed, tight fitting windows, and 3. Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Insects and rodents are vectors of disease-causing microorganisms which may be transmitted to humans by contamination of food and food-contact surfaces.
  • 1530 - Repeat There is no test kit located in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions (steramine tablets) . There are test strips available for chlorine bleach. Operator said they plan to use chlorine bleach.
    Obtain a quaternary ammonium test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.
  • 2000 - Single service items observed unprotected from contamination.
    Store single service items inverted, in plastic, or in an approved dispenser.
  • 2350 ii - Plumbing connections on the 3 compartment sink are leaking.
    Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair.
  • 3030 - No disposable towels were provided a the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen.
    Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
Comments:
Pre-opening inspection. Please make corrections before opening. Restrooms have not yet been cleaned and stocked. This will be done before season opens. Please provide proof of certified food manager. This serves as health dept. permit to operate, provided all other required permits and inspections have been obtained.

Comments:
Need drain plugs for 3 compartment sink. Opening inspection for the season. Operator said she brings her digital metal stem thermometer with her every day but does not have it with her today. Operator said she is certified food manager. Does not have proof with her today. Please provide proof to have here at concession.
