Food establishment is immaculate. Floors, walls, refrigeration units, equipment and utensils all found clean to sight and touch.
Bleach used as sanitizer; test strips available.
Food types separated in refrigeration units. Dry storage area well organized.
Restaurant owner and staff to be commended for operating a GREAT establishment.
