There is apparent water damage on the ceiling of the dining room (far left.) 8/31/07 - Parts to repair the wall at the biscuit station have been ordered. Hole over biscuit ovens has been repaired. Hole in office still exists. Hole in dining room.

  • 3270 - Critical Repeat Found multiple roaches in the following areas: on the chicken station, under the biscuit station, under soda racks, and in the light shield of the office. (Manager on duty, Tim, has contacted Ecolab). 8/31/07 - Ecolab has treated the building. They are scheduled to inspect for further treatment on Sept. 12, 2007. Roaches were cleaned up in the biscuit area and chicken area. Found a live roach and numerous dead roaches in the soda area.
