    Observation: The floor drains located in the dishwashing area noted in need of cleaning.

Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

Food supplier is US Foods. Ground beef is received raw frozen. No leftovers are cooled. Discussed employee health, Form 1B is used and signed by employees. Observed good temperature logs, and well-organized facility.
